COVID-19 Update

The purpose of this post is to provide an update of our current position in relation to the outbreak and spread of COVID-19. We will keep this page updated if and when this position changes.

We’ve launched a number of online courses and are also able to deliver any course on our website as an in-house virtual (online) course. We are currently operating a virtual first approach and we hope this will be a viable alternative for ensuring delegates still get the skills they need during this time.

Last Updated: 17th July 2020

Like many other businesses, we are monitoring the latest advice and guidance from the Government and Public Health England and doing what we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19

Since the UK went into lockdown our onsite and scheduled in-person open training courses have been suspended pending updated government guidelines.

On the 17th of July 2020, the government announced that events of up to 30 people can go-ahead in England from the 1st of August. We had put in place a target date to return to in-person training courses from the 24th of August and this is still the case.

This means that any bookings that were made for dates after the 24th of August, in England, are expected to go ahead, pending local lockdowns and other restrictions.

We are finalising a new set of booking terms and conditions for new bookings from the 20th of July that will include COVID information.

Over the past 6 weeks, our team has been working hard on what we need to do to ensure we can deliver the great same course content but in a safe way. You can see the full details of our approach here.

On-site in-house courses can be resumed from the 3rd of August, providing the client site is COVID Secure.

All of the above said the needs of our clients are incredibly important to us, as is the safety of our own team. For these reasons, we will continue to operate on a virtual first basis. This means that we will always recommend virtual training sessions ahead of in-person sessions. But, in-person training sessions will be an option if this better suits your requirement.

Stay Safe.
